The set appears to be complete and includes original instructions and accessories. The tin building has some significant scratches to both the inside and outside, otherwise, the litho colors are very nice. The play set also includes its original box, which has some significant paper tears and tape repair. A couple sides of one of the flaps are missing, but the box comes with its original inserts.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
