Includes original box, original plastic wheels, and two plastic cows. Beautiful lithograph all around the truck, with some cow graphics on sides. Marked "Lazy Day Farms Registered Stock." No visible scratches or dents. Box has some tape repair, small area of water stains, some creasing and a small section of paper tears repaired with tape. Otherwise, very colorful graphics on panels and marked "Lazy Dar Farms Lithographed Metal Stake Truck with Animals."
