Includes box. Toy has no visible scratches or chips throughout. Few minor scratches to the bottom of the toy. Beautiful litho colors. Bear is made of plush and is wearing a cloth shirt. Battery compartment is very clean with no oxidation. Bottom of the box has some minor creasing to the edges and sides. Top of the box has significant paper tear and creasing. Some tape repair, which is deteriorating. Otherwise, graphics are very colorful and bright.
Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
