Includes box. Toy has no visible scratches to the litho. Litho colors are very bright and attractive. Battery compartment is very clean with no oxidation. Dentist bear has a lot of detail. Some small deterioration of the dentist bear's shirt in the back. Top section of the box has some paper tearing and creasing. Otherwise graphics are very colorful.
Condition: (Excellent).
