With original box. Friction powered. The car has minor litho scratches and dents throughout. Otherwise the litho colors are very nice. The car is marked on the sides and hood with "Squad Car" and "Dick Tracy", and includes it's original plastic driver and passenger. There is also a siren and light on the front left side of the car. The box is missing a few flaps, but has beautiful graphics.
