There is significant scratches and litho loss to the toy, especially to the base and Popeye's body. There is slight oxidation to one of his arms, and the tin has a small opening. The toy includes the boxing ball, which has one small dent to one of it's sides.

CORRECTION: The arms are glued, there is some fading to the head, and there is some rust on the base. It is not in working condition.
