With the original box. The toy has no visible scratches or dents to the litho, there is only one minor scratch to the top of one of the buildings. Otherwise, the toy has beautiful and stunning litho colors. It includes the original tin buildings, lights, five trolleys, a tin policeman, and more. The box is in a tattered condition, with paper tears and tape repairs. There are some flaps missing.
CORRECTION: There is some restoration to the box.
Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
