This rifle was manufactured in 1942. It is chambered for the .218 Bee centerfire cartridge. Standard features include a 24" round barrel, button magazine, hooded ramp front sight, rear sight is filled and has the rare Winchester bolt peep sight, pistol grip walnut stock, checkered steel shotgun butt, and blued finish. This rifle remains in incredible near new condition throughout. All metal surfaces retain virtually all of the original factory blue finish. Walnut stocks are near mint, proud to metal, never refinished, and no cracks or chips of any kind. Mint bore and action. Even the lever and nose cap retain virtually all of the blue finish. Perfect screws. This example has to be about as nice as you will ever find.
