Commonly referred to as the "Imp", this .22 caliber centerfire takedown short rifle was manufactured in 1918-1919. Features include a 20" barrel, sporting sights, Redfield receiver peep sight, blued finish, walnut stock, serrated steel Savage shotgun buttplate, and case colored lever. Barrel retains virtually all of the original factory blue. The receiver retains most of the original high polish factory blue except for on bottom has turned patina. Excellent stocks with no cracks or chips of any kind. Beautiful case colors on lever. Perfect action. Strong bore.
