Red oval faceted 7.7 mm x 10.1mm x 5.4mm, 10K stamped. A ruby pendant, included, could be synthetic or natural. One pin Vandell, 14K stamped, with small single cut diamond accents. One pin 14K tested with two rubies and diamond, pin parts lead soldered, and pin stem is not gold, has dents along back edges, center diamonds has chips.
