Construction is celluloid over cardboard and the piece is nicely framed under glass. Always a very rare piece to encounter and this displays in a respectable fashion. There are some ripples, closed tears, and a bend in the lower left corner. Only very slight age toning with some edge wear as well. The back reveals the original tags from the manufacturer and from Western Coca-Cola Bottling Co.
Condition: (Fair - Good).
