Special features on this rifle include a 24" octagon barrel and deluxe checkered pistol grip stock with extra grade wood. Manufactured in 1923. This rifle falls outside the factory research range. Chambered for the .32-20 cartridge. Has sporting sights. Barrel and tube retain approximately 80% original blue starting to plum with some high edge wear. Sides of the frame retain approximately 85% of the original high polish factory blue with high edge wear. Pistol grips walnut stocks are excellent, checking slightly worn, with no cracks or chips. The muzzle is patinad and shows no signs of having been cut. Action is perfect. Strong bore with frosting. Very nice 92 deluxe short rifle.CORRECTION: 24" oct not short rifle (misprint). It is standard deluxe rifle. All other aspects of the description are correct.
