Heddon #1709A Near Surface Wiggler, dating to approximately 1919, rigged with L-rig hardware, tail screw eye, 2 screw marked chin plate, and inch worm line tie, it is in very good/very good+ condition showing pointers and wear to primer. Included is an ex condition early down bass box stamped 1700 (green crackleback) with "Stamped on the Spinners"along the long sides.
