Hailing from Rockford, IL is this J. L. Clark Round Body Expert Wooden Minnow. Measuring 3" in length, this glass eyed minnow features pointed, holed props, through wire hardware and 4 reverse hand painted gill marks. Faint green fancy back over gold finish shows pointers and very light wear, with paint off belly weight. It is possibly that this may be the first Keeling Expert directly following the transfer of ownership from Clark to Keeling, given the presence of the belly cup and screw hardware typically found on the first Keeling minnows.
