Pre-war. Celluloid. Includes colorful original box. Box is marked "Distributors Geo. Borgfeldt Corp. New York". Nice color graphics on all sides of box of Donald Duck on base with whirligig on top. Some creasing and wear to box. Carousel top looks good. Slight fading to front purple on Donald figure.
