Somewhat of a rarity this deluxe Majolica Brownie item is not only a candle holder but served as a tobacco unit as well. The front tray was used for discarded matches and behind the policeman are three various sized barrels most likely for matches, cigarettes, etc. Decorated and painted with the same attention to detail as the other Majolica Brownie items however the scale is just slightly larger and more impressive!
