This appraiser has never seen or heard of this one. This is a 4-3/8" wood body hybrid bait, consisting ofcharacteristics from the 8500 Basser, the 8300 Zig Wag, and the 3500 Luny Frog! Standard frog spot finish on the front half, an interesting dark red striped finish on the back and legs with off green diamond patterns on the top and bottom to create the look of open legs. Large, perfect glass eyes, ex condition, original uncleaned condition with evidence only of a single screw hole in the face where a line tie may have been at one time. It is difficult to say what this baits purpose was, but it's easy to say what an incredible piece of Heddon history has become available.
