Wind-up. Includes very crisp, very colorful original box marked "King Features Syndicate". shows Popeye skating with a can of spinach while Olive Oyl watches. Small poke hole where Olive Oyls hands are. Also shows Sweet Pea on sides of box. Toy itself has very little wear, might be old store stock. Rubber wheel intact, original pants are slightly faded from age. Original pipe, original glossy bright litho.
