The deluxe officer’s sword with 33" curved blade and 9-1/2" false edge with gold-inlaid decoration. Lower portion of blade with Islamic writing inlaid with gold. Stirrup hilt with gold-inlaid and sculpted knuckle-bow. Languets with raised profiles. Fish skin grip. Lion's head pommel. Contained in wide, gold-finished scabbard with two ring mounts and raised figurals. All surrounded by leafy and dentate borders. Blade showing wear and pitting. Hilt and scabbard with light wear overall.
