Garde Ulanen Regt. Left ricasso inscribed: H.Ball 4 E. Right ricasso: W. Finke/Potsdam/C.K. & Co. Three-bar nickel guard pierced with Prussian eagle. Ribbed composition grip. Oval pommel. Tape sword knot with silver bullion drop. Contained in nickel-finished scabbard. Single ring mount. Blade showing wear. Hilt with light age wear. Sword knot tape frayed and drop patinated. Scabbard with wear and minor losses to finish.
