The officer’s sword with 33-1/4" tapered, straight blade of triangular section. Lower fire-blued finish with gold-washed panels featuring arms panoplies and other motifs. Gold-finished clamshell guard with arms panoply in relief. Three dimensional knuckle-bow with central lion face. Orb-shaped pommel with raised profiles of warrior and eagle. Vertically ribbed pearl grip scales. No scabbard. Blade showing wear and minor pitting. Hilt with light wear overall.
