Ricasso reading: "Fouasse au Roy Le La Chine Subs Le Pont St. Michael, Paris". Double clamshell guards with relief figurals. Pas d’ane. Single bar knuckle-bow. Animal head quillion terminal. Relief-chiseled spherical pommel. Wire-wrapped grip. No scabbard. Blade showing wear, repairs and pitting. Hilt with wear and age patina.
