The British carmine velvet-covered leather saddle, the seat and fenders stitched in scrolls. Red leather under fenders. “D” rings at edges and two small accouterment belts. Other than the velvet covering, it appears to be a normal English saddle, probably Victorian. No cinches. No labels visible. Seat with wear at edges and where legs or boots rub on fenders.
