Officer’s coatee of navy blue wool with red stand-up collar, front and sleeve facings, all trimmed in black tape and lace. Fringed epaulettes. Front with sixteen silver-finished Harts Yeomanry buttons. Sleeves missing two small buttons. Tails with red cotton lining, body with off-white. Red wool waistcoat with stand-up collar, all with bullion wire embroidery and eight small silver-finished spherical buttons. Back with red cotton. Buff lining. Red wool trousers with double rows of black tape side stripes. Seven large brass suspender buttons marked: J.Jones/Regent St. Five smaller fly buttons similarly marked. Accessories include: red barrel sash and strap. Shoulder strap of silver bullion tape and red calf leather liner. All items showing wear and fabric items showing wear and scattered moth damage.
