Looks like copy of American Marx cowboy whoopee car. Nice colorful original box. Box does have some edge wear and tearing. Car itself has bright, shiny litho and is marked "W100" on both sides of front hood. Marked "Made in Japan" on rear of car. Box (Very Good). Toy (Excellent).
