Comprised of: 1) P-Guard Sabre has a 32” blade with one fuller. German maker’s mark and both sides are etched with crown, flowers, and eagle. P-guard knuckle bar, pommel, wire wrapped fish skin grip. Steel scabbard with two hanging rings and drag. Blade has minimal dark spots. 2) German officer’s sword has a 34-1/4” blade with two fullers. Etched on both sides with flowers and bugle. “127” and “Garde Ruraffier Regiment” marked on blade. WWI. Four bar brass hilt, pommel, finger loop and wire wrapped fish skin grips. Black painted steel scabbard, one hanging ring and drag. Shows rust spots and paint loss.
