Often times French toys are overlooked when compared to German toys such as Marklin or Bing. That should not be the case especially when viewing this toy! An open sided trolley with simulated drawn curtains and a bevy of seated male & female passengers within either reading books or holding bouquets of flowers while the attendant guides the trolley to the next stop. Extremely fine detailing to all aspects of this toy and understandable why this toy appealed to Jack. A litho-ed finish to the toy which with time has worn a bit thin but still quite acceptable.
