Comprised of: 1) Morning Star, having a 68” wooden haft, the head imbedded with pointed metal studs. The top end mounted with the 9” front portion of a triangular bayonet, the bottom a carved wooden haft. 2) Example of a halberd. With wood pole and pointed metal spearhead. Halberd has cut outs in the ax blades, fringe adornment, and round metal studs on the pole. Both showing wear, pitting and age patina. Most hafts have been shortened.
