Comprised of: 1) Boxed pair of British epaulettes, dated 1842, gold bullion with embroidered crowns and eagles, fringe, black undersides, brass hooks for attachment. Box marked: “Spink & Son, Ltd. 5,6, & 7 King St., St. James, London, S.W. I”. 2) Prussian epaulettes of gold bullion with royal cyphers and three embroidered stars on each epaulette, blue undersides with string attachments. Both sets are near mint condition with light patina to bullion. British example missing button.
