Comprised of : 1) Brass Rat-tail Miquelet Pistol. .64 caliber, 11-1/8" barrel. Unmarked but made for the middle Eastern market. Iron ramrod. Miquelet lock but no flint present. 2) Flintlock pistol. .64 caliber. Barrel 12-3/4" long with NI cartouche at breech. Engraved lock mechanism but no name. Wooden ramrod. Ornately carved walnut stock. Crudely cast trigger guard and butt. Brass escutcheon on grip reading: Pistolet de Mameluk/Pris a Embabeh/21 Juillet 1798. No flint. Both guns showing wear and age patina.
