Bisque socket head with closed mouth and inset dark glass eyes and is incised "7 Paris Gd 2". Five piece heavy composition body and carries a staff with yellow ribbons and has a skirt of folded paper on which to write fortunes, however none have been written. Velvet tied on shoes and a peg attachment which plugs into a hexagonal piece of wood which is glued to a wooden base bottom. Cone shaped party hat.
