Blue and white wool British coatee with white stand up wool collar, cuffs and trim with holes to attach epaulettes. Coatee is blue wool having two rows of silver ball buttons with Egypt and the no. 1. Could be the 90th Foot Infantry? Two buttons missing with five buttons on tails. White quilted lining on an excellent early British coatee. Used in Savoy Opera Ruddigore by Gilbert and Sullivan.
