Lot consists of one telescope and eight swagger sticks. The telescope manufactured of brass and is cord wrapped. It bears a presentation inscription: "T.L. Rogers 1888". Opens to 29-1/2". Inscribed "Day and Night Glass" in script towards the eye piece. No markers marks. Solid brass construction. Does have a dent on the upper two tubes. The swagger sticks are both English and American and consists of the following: 1 & 2) Two English sticks with silver pommel and crowns, both measure 27". 3) Leather wrapped, no pommel, measuring 24". 4) Unmarked stick with an eagle head pommel, measuring 31". 5) Stick with sterling silver pommel engraved L.T. R. E. Seckett with a Navy emblem, measuring 22". 6) Navy emblem on the staff with a sterling silver pommel, 26". 7) Infantry stick with silver pommel with crossed rifles and "3B", measuring 22". 8) An English stick marked "Lancers" with decorative pommel and leather handle, measuring 33".
