Here we have an adorable pair of wind up metal, felt, and mohair Teddy bear walkers, probably produced in France at the turn of last century. The larger one has a brown mohair head which is detailed with brown and black glass pupil eyes, a black nose, and a simple muzzle with a closed mouth. He wears a green felt jacket with trim, red felt pants, and a yellow felt vest. The smaller one has a tan mohair head which is detailed with black shoebutton eyes, a black nose, and an oversized, open, smiling mouth. He wears a light green felt jacket with trim, pink felt pants, and a white shirt. Neither walking mechanism has been tested. Condition: As noted. With light playwear and losses to felt clothing. Very good condition overall.
