Produced For The 1998 Steiff Sommer Festival In Original Packaging With All IDs. This gorgeous bear was produced in 1998 in an edition size of 3,000 for the second annual Steiff Sommer Festival, an event held annually at the company’s headquarters in Germany. This bear, designed as a “Teddy Baby,” is 11” tall, fully jointed, and made from long white curly mohair. Her face is detailed with blue and black pupil eyes, a red hand embroidered nose, and an open, peach colored felt mouth. Her paw pads are made from tan felt; one is embroidered with “2 Steiff Festival Giengen 1998.” The bear comes in her original packaging and is complete with all IDs and collateral originally accompanying her.
