Comprised of: 1) British black wool tailcoat with a stand up collar and cuffs with gold bullion lace, nine brass front buttons with crown inscribed "HONI SOIT QUI MAL’Y PENSE" (Shame on whomsoever shall think badly of me), black quilted lining with a left breast pocket and a WELSH & JEFFERIES LONDON makers tag . Bullion lace on the back with two faux pockets and two buttons. Scattered small moth holes with ghost lining of pocket (?) on right front breast, in very good condition. 2) French tailcoat. Stand up collar and cuffs with silver bullion wire lace, nine eagle buttons with black lining with left breast pocket. Moth holes and nips with 50% of lining missing in fair condition.
