Shows wear and slight damage. 2) Italian bicorn hat with a black feather cockade, gold and silver bullion wire and brass button. Lining and sweat pan with ROMA tag. 3) Black felt bicorn hat has a black feather with gold bullion lace. Bullion wire with brass button. White lining with black sweat pan. Maker’s tag. Shows wear and slight damage. Stains to the lining.
