Contents comprised of: sabretache leather cover, two black leather belts with gold bullion lace with brass buckle; one belt has snake, two brass buckles with lions and crown, five leather sabre hangers, British cartridge box; black leather with gold bullion lace, lion, unicorn, and brass cannon. Has black leather cover. Black leather cartridge box with two brass cannon. Case with brass plaque "Jal Campbell Esq. Royal Artillery". Hand written note in case: Belongs to Capt. Campbell. Killed in Matabele War. 1893. Tin case has scratches and dents splits on right side with 30% of original black paint.
