Both with bisque socket heads. Larger is incised “444” possibly by Bähr & Pröschild with long dark eyebrows, sleeping eyes, open mouth with pierced ears, replaced curly wig on an excellent jointed composition body with original finish, redressed. Smaller is a C.M. Bergmann with light eyebrows, replaced glass eyes, open mouth, human hair wig on a jointed composition and wood body (repair, some repaint), redressed. Two very large substantial dolls!
