4" barrel in .31 percussion caliber. Manufactured in 1863. Features six shot, single action, percussion, octagon barrel, brass trigger guard and backstrap, varnished walnut one piece grips. Matching numbers with the exception of the wedge (not numbered). Cylinder is numbered 30949 (matching). Strong legends. Metal is gun metal patina. Traces of cylinder scene. Excellent original grips. Indexes fine. Very good bore. Wedge and locking screw are replacements.
