Round 11-7/8” tapered barrel with two indistinctly marked rectangular proof marks on top near the breech and one square brass inlay on left side, barrel fastened by silver capine embossed with scroll patterns; .63 caliber smoothbore. Rounded lock plate with engraved rear tang and cock, waterproof pan, and roller frizzen; signed with unusual signature in center. Plain walnut full stock of crude form with crude cast brass furniture and cast relief decoration. Pin fastened trigger guard and side plate has military motifs. Three large pierced brass inlays back of grip surrounded by four smaller and crudely engraved inlays. Top jaw and top jaw screw replaced, lock protruding slightly, barrel and lock with even grey patina, stock very good but has been sanded, brass with scattered marks from use and polished bright.
