This is a Winchester Model 1887 lever action shotgun in 12 bore with a 30" barrel. Improved choke. Manufactured 1892. Features the blued barrel, case colored frame, round knob walnut pistol grip stock, checkered steel buttplate and two piece walnut forend. The frame is now a dark chocolate brown, having been refinished long ago. The barrel and magazine are brown patina with overall salt and pepper pitting. Forend is very good albeit missing rear screw. Stock has been refinished and is shy to metal. No visible cracks. Working condition. Decent bore with some abrasions.
