This lot includes two oak and brass cartridge boxes for the Model 1918 Browning. It would hook to the machine gun and the belt would be fed directly from the box. Has brass hardware. One has leather handle, the other is missing the handle. Leather bag is an old train mail bag stenciled "Smith's Transfer Serial No. 553" with old leather handle. These are the types of bags they carried in mail cars in the late 19th century.
