Charles A. Bailey. Place a coin on the Chinaman's tray and push his queue. His left arm will flip the tray over depositing the coin in the bank and serve dinner. Dinner consists of a rat. A note reads "Dinner is ready." Release the lever and the tray flips back to it;s original position. (JY).
