Circa Civil War era. Worn by a Union solider. At the top, there is an American eagle holding a banner, the word "Union" within. On the bottom a panoply of arms, including the American flag and shield. On each side a female figure, one Justice. Engraved on the back with initials "K.J.E.", stamped "Floberg & Conrad". They were jewelers from Sacramento, California.
