French blue wool officer or diplomat dolman. Heavy dark blue wool with white stand up collar. Collar has silver bullion tape and lace. Circular silver bullion shoulder boards that connect to bullion wire on front of coat. Heavy and thick silver bullion lace with three rows of French half ball silver buttons. All buttons are Prince of Wales. White sleeves with silver bullion tape, lace each having a button. Back has white trim with heavy silver bullion tape and lace. White lining. Tails have silk lining. Coat is very heavy and well made. It show use, small moth holes and areas of damage to the silk lining.
