On the side of the sample, there is a paper label that reads "The American Medical Association Bureau of Exhibits, Chicago, Ill.". When plugged in this display shows the switchboard flash on and off, extremely well made display. On the front there is a logo "AMA A Public Information Exhibit of the American Medical Association". This piece is very unique and displays quite well.
