Circa 1830-50's. Black beaver chapeau with black ribbon tassels, black rosette, and gold bullion trim. One gilt button, red and white plume on baleen stem. Interior lining and sweat pan. Shows wear on the edges with some material loss, lining is loose. Tin case has a brass panel with the name: Colonel A. G. Fraser. Scratches and paint loss. The case has a handle on the top and latch on the bottom.
Condition: (Good).
