Manufactured by Braxmar of New York, stamped on back. It is a two piece medal. Appears to be silver but no hallmark. Top piece says "World's Fair Trip" with a bust of Christopher Columbus. Large part of medal is stamped "Honorary Guest New York Press 1893" with G.A.R. symbol and military motif with cannon, rifle and anchor.
