1) One pair of French uniform trousers, red with wide black stripe on outseam, buttoned fly-front; plastic buttons. Some mothing and staining.2) French enlisted fatigue trousers of natural brown, herringbone twill linen, c. 1900-20, with white bone 4-hole buttons on waistband and fly-front. Unissued condition. 3) French enlisted trousers of medium blue wool with scarlet piping in outseam. Some professional restoration to earlier holes or mothing, now fine. Waistband bearing stencil markings for the 4th Hussars and issue no. 272. White bone, 4 holes suspender and fly buttons. 4) British Hussars other rank’s trousers of dark blue wool with broad, twilled lace stripe of yellow with blue line in center. Bears original contractor’s paper label dated June 1913 noting that it is size no. 15 (31 waist and 32 ½ inseam). Unissued condition.
